“My folks made a lot of sacrifices to move to Canada so my sister and I could have opportunities not possible for them.  Growing up in Canada I learned some important rules from my parents that I continue to live by:

1. Integrity – Maintain it in whatever you do.  No matter what.

2. Work Hard – Nothing worth doing comes easy in life.  Put in 110% in whatever you do.

3. Strength - Comes from leading when are given the opportunity & learning from your mistakes.

4. THINK BIG –  THINK BIG with your goals.  Think REALLY BIG.

I also understand that the most important resource at any organization is its people.  It’s all about surrounding yourself with the right people to make that next project a reality."
